My vision is to help you completely believe in yourself and recognise that you have all the strength and power within you to deal with any change life throws you. You will realise that change changes you. It makes you more resilient and powerful, happier and proud to be you. Once there, no one can ever take those qualities away from you.
If you are going through a particularly challenging time in your life right as a result of some change in your life then I can help and guide you through this over the coming months.
For over 17 years I have been helping people manage change in their personal lives. Some chose to make the changes because they no longer felt happy or fulfilled, whilst others had to cope with change that happened to them.
The way that they all moved through it was by simply managing each stage of the process as it arose. Planning a desired outcome and then surrendering each step of the way to how things showed up and dealing with those. Having a stable and constant support system around them helped enormously.
May part as your Coach and Mentor in the process is to guide, support and have your deepest interest at heart, unconditionally and without judgement or agenda. Because when we feel our lives are being turned upside down, physically, emotionally and mentally, we need consistent professional guidance and direction. Friends and family play their wonderful part in being there for us but may not always know what we really want and need at such a time as they are often too close to us and are emotionally connected.
