What is Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy
The word hypnosis refers to the inducing of a deeply relaxed state of mind and body, where a person is no longer conscious of the chattering mind. This deeply relaxed state can also be referred to as the trance state. This state is achieved often through a gentle soothing hypnotic tone of voice and safe guided visualisation. In itself it is very effective at helping you to relax and let go of tension and stress in the body and mind. Once in this state, communication between the conscious and the subconscious mind can easily take place.
Hypnotherapy is the psychological healing process that uses hypnosis to achieve a desired result. Under hypnosis, you may show better responsiveness to suggestions, and hypnotherapy attempts to change current feelings or behaviors that the you desire to alter. When a person is in a hypnotic state, they are more open to discussion and are better able to respond to suggestions, the critical faculty of the brain is turned off, and the subconscious mind is listening.
When the subconscious mind is alert and listening in a relaxed and safe hypnotic trance, the Hypnotherapist can suggest all the positive changes the client wishes to make. The subconscious mind continues to process the information once the session is over and habit change becomes effortless and easy in a very short time.

What does it involve?
I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, and along with my Life Coaching and Psychotherapy skills I am 100% committed to helping you achieve your deepest desires and goals in life.
Once you contact me (and please feel free to arrange a free 20 minute call) we will arrange your first session. I will send you via email a short questionnaire for you to complete and return to me before our first session.
The first session involves discussing the changes you wish to make and me taking down some important details about your life and where you are right now. We will also look at some clear goals and begin the session with some hypnosis (using guided visualisation to help you relax deeply and enter a light trance state) Once you are in this state, I will use your first suggestion script which contains all the relevant information for making the changes you wish over the coming weeks.
All the sessions are recorded and sent to you so that you can listen to then regularly in between the sessions. This process is very powerful in helping you to remove the old conditioning and creating your now habits and actions towards your goals.
Sessions after that are usually weekly. Simple goals are achieved in 5-6 sessions whilst others may take a little longer.
Single sessions and Packages
First Introductory session is usually 1.5 hours and is £110
Single sessions are usually an hour long thereafter £75
6 session pack is £420 (£70 per session)
