£57.00 per 6 session block (we run 6 session blocks on an ongoing basis, which is paid in advance)
£11.50 per single session (please come and try 2-3 single sessions if you are joining the class for the first time or new to yoga)

Individual Attention and Care for Each Student 

All my classes have a maximum number of 12 students and this means that every one of my students receives the care and attention needed to practise safely and make their own progress. 

New To Yoga 

If you are new to yoga and feeling a little self conscious then please do not worry as most of my students have started that way and within a matter of weeks feel confident and comfortable in their practice. 

More Advanced Students 

My more adept students are supported to maintain their level and encouraged to 'stretch' themselves further if they so choose. No one feels restricted in any way and there is no age limit. 

I encourage the more adept students to practice their inversion postures, hand stands, head stands and shoulder stands each week and stretch themselves in every way and as much or as little as they like and everyone really enjoys a physical challenge now and then which keeps the class focused and lively and fun. 

Working Together 

The fun in the class is all about working together and enjoying the challenge of the postures, encouraging each other to do their best and practise as often as possible. 

Everyone works at their own level, safely and with precision. That's the Iyengar style and way.
