THE YOGA TEACHERS
The retreat is organised by Ruth White and her husband John White who run their Yoga School and Centre in the Cotswolds. Ruth and & John’s teaching is inspirational; both spiritually and physically. Their approach is both practical and spontaneous and they endeavour to meet the changing needs of their students. Ruth trained personally with BKS Iyengar.
Suzy trained with Ruth White 16 years ago and is always delighted to work with her when the opportunity arises. The yoga journey during these retreats are simply enlightening and the individual corrections that each student receives is wonderful and lasting. Every aspect of the yoga practice is explored and you leave feeling refreshed and renewed in yourself in every way.
We will also be given an amazing anatomy talk by Sam Rao on Sunday afternoon. Sam has his own well-established yoga teacher training school in Hampshire and also trained with Ruth White over 16 years ago.
